Nick Findlater

Nick joined the Office of Institutional Research and Decision Support in October of 2022. He previously worked at Johnson C. Smith University as the Director of Institutional Research; as well as, at UNC Charlotte as the Assistant Registrar for Scheduling and Registration.

Nick earned a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He later earned a Ph.D. in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from the Cato College of Education at UNC Charlotte.
